Q. What kind of warranty do you provide?
A. All Panther Vision products come with a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear to fabrics on our caps, or to batteries on any of our products. If your product fails for any covered defect please fill out our contact form here to arrange replacement.

Q. How do I replace the batteries in my cap?
A. Fold back sweatband and carefully remove batteries from battery holder. Replace with new CR-2032 coin cell batteries . Avoid touching battery 'surfaces' and ensure correct +/- fitment.

Q. Can I buy your products at retail outlets?
A. Please contact us by email advising your location.

Q. How do I clean my cap?
A. Remove batteries and gently sponge with a damp cloth using a mild detergent. Hang to dry. Once dry replace the batteries. DO NOT submerge the cap in water or machine wash / dry.
